PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy.

Effective date: 2026-07-15

This Privacy Policy describes how Atelier Muse & Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ateliermuseco.com, enroll in The Faceless Edit Vault, or otherwise interact with our services. We aim to write this in plain language because privacy notices should not require a lawyer to read.

Information We Collect

We collect a small, deliberate amount of information — only what we need to deliver the course and support you.

  • Account email. When you purchase The Faceless Edit, Stripe sends us the email address used at checkout. We use this email to create your vault access and send the welcome drip.
  • Waitlist email. If you sign up on the /course page without buying, we collect the email you submit so we can let you know when enrollment opens.
  • Lesson progress. When you log into the vault, we store which lessons you have opened and completed so the dashboard can show your progress and unlock the next lesson.
  • Session cookie (amc_session). A signed cookie that keeps you signed in to the vault across page loads. It expires when you close the browser or after a period of inactivity.
  • Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) retained briefly for security and debugging.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above for three narrow purposes:

  • Deliver the course. Grant vault access, send the three-email welcome drip (welcome, module intro, closing), and respond when you reach out for support.
  • Improve the product. Aggregate analytics (via the Polsia beacon) help us understand which lessons students complete and where they drop off.
  • Security. Detect abuse, prevent credential sharing, and protect the integrity of the platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and a piece of browser local storage — nothing exotic.

  • amc_session. A signed cookie that keeps you signed in to the vault. Without it, you would have to log in on every page.
  • polsia_vid (local storage). An anonymous identifier used by our analytics beacon so we can count unique visitors. It does not identify you personally and is stored only in your browser’s local storage.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out of the vault and reset the analytics identifier.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or transmit your card number, expiration date, or CVV. When you check out, you are interacting directly with Stripe’s secure payment form. Stripe sends us a confirmation (your email, the amount paid, and the product) so we can fulfill your order.

Stripe’s handling of payment data is governed by Stripe’s own Privacy Policy, available on their website.

Email

After a successful purchase, we send a three-email welcome drip via the Polsia company_email system:

  • A welcome note with your download link (immediately).
  • An introduction to Module 1 (a few days later).
  • A closing note with final thoughts and next steps (about a week later).

If you sign up for the waitlist on the course page, you may receive a separate short sequence notifying you when enrollment opens. To stop receiving email from us at any time, simply reply to any email and ask to be removed, or write to hello@ateliermuseco.com.

Data Retention

We retain your account data (email, purchase record, lesson progress) for as long as you remain enrolled in the course. If you request deletion, we remove your account, progress records, and related email entries. Server logs are retained only briefly and are rotated automatically.

Your Rights

You may at any time request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, email hello@ateliermuseco.com from the address associated with your enrollment; we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify active students by email.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service.

Effective date: 2026-07-15

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Faceless Edit Vault (“the Course”) sold by Atelier Muse & Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

Overview

The Faceless Edit Vault is an eight-lesson digital course for building faceless editorial brands, sold by Atelier Muse & Co. The Course is delivered online at ateliermuseco.com after a successful purchase, and includes streaming audio for every lesson plus a downloadable PDF playbook.

Digital Product

The Course comprises:

  • Eight lessons delivered as streaming audio with synchronized transcripts in the vault.
  • A companion PDF playbook, available for download after purchase and from your vault dashboard.
  • A private dashboard at ateliermuseco.com that tracks your progress through the lessons.

Access is provided for the lifetime of the product. Because this is a digital product with delivery at checkout, see the refund section below.

Purchase & Payment

The Course is offered at a one-time price of US$197. Payment is processed by Stripe. Lifetime access is tied to the email address used at checkout, so please purchase with the email you intend to use for the vault.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because the course content is delivered immediately upon successful payment — including the PDF playbook download and full access to the vault — we cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been made. Please review the course description on the /buy and /course pages before purchasing.

License & Intellectual Property

The Course — including all lesson audio, written transcripts, the PDF playbook, and any related materials — is owned by Atelier Muse & Co. and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

When you purchase the Course, you receive a single-user, non-transferable, non-resaleable license to access and use the materials for your own personal or business brand-building purposes. Under this license you may:

  • Stream the lessons and download the PDF for your own use.
  • Apply the ideas, frameworks, and templates from the Course to build your own brand.

You may not:

  • Share your account credentials or grant access to others who have not purchased the Course.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, or sublicense the lesson audio, transcripts, or the PDF playbook, in whole or in part.
  • Use the Course materials to create a competing product, course, or paid service.

Brand and template outputs you create using the Course are yours.

Account & Acceptable Use

When accessing the vault you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials private and not share access with others.
  • Not attempt to scrape, mirror, or systematically download lesson audio or transcripts outside the intended playback experience.
  • Not interfere with the platform or attempt to bypass the lesson-unlock sequence.

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

Third-Party Services

The Course relies on a small set of trusted third-party services. Each of these has its own terms:

  • Stripe — processes payments.
  • ElevenLabs — generates the lesson voice-overs.
  • Cloudflare R2 — stores the audio files.
  • Polsia — hosts the platform and provides analytics.

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer

The Course is educational in nature. We share frameworks, examples, and our own process for building a faceless editorial brand. We make no guarantee of specific business results, follower counts, or revenue. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your niche, execution, and market.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Course is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
